Who We Are
Q2D Talent Minds Pvt Ltd was founded in 2025 with a clear conviction: the systems meant to prepare young people for the future were not built for the world they are actually walking into. Q2D short for Quantum Quotient Decode was created to close that gap.
The name reflects what we do. We look beyond marks and rankings to decode a learner's true potential their curiosity, their problem-solving instinct, their capacity to lead and translate it into a structured pathway for growth.

Where most talent programmes end at recognition, Q2D begins there. Two things define our approach:

The Q2D PEARL
Our flagship programme, Q2D PEARL, in collaboration with IBM ICE, is where this mission comes to life — a Global Talent Discovery & Development Programme that takes learners from Grade 1 through postgraduate level on a structured journey: from early discovery and skill-building, through district and national assessments, into an Innovation Hub for top performers, and ultimately to a national platform where they pitch real ideas to real industry leaders and investors.

We are building for the long term: a future where a learner's postal code has no bearing on the opportunities available to them, and where the next generation of innovators, leaders, and changemakers is discovered early, developed deliberately, and given a real stage to rise on.

The journey begins in your own school, where you showcase creativity, ideas, and problem-solving abilities. Recognition at this stage marks the first milestone in the PEARL pathway. By taking the Q2D PEARL assessment in school, top scorers earn the Bronze Badge and advance.

State Level
Bronze-level achievers move forward to represent their region, engaging with experts and taking on new challenges that push their boundaries. Top scorers earn the Silver Badge and advance to the next level.
03.
National Level
Silver Medalists compete with talented minds from across the country and around the world, presenting their skills and ideas on a prestigious stage. They take an advanced assessment. The best earn the Gold Badge, gaining national recognition.

Q2D Innovation Hub in collaboration with IBM
Top Gold medalists join Q2D Innovation Hub in collaboration with IBM to develop ideas with IBM mentors. They join the Innovation Hub to develop ideas with mentors.
